I suggest using the name “CARE International Switzerland in Sudan” then, as opposed to “CARE International - Switzerland” as originally suggested in the org-ID proposal.

They have indeed chosen to go with CARE international foundation Switzerland in Sudan as their Publisher name - https://iatiregistry.org/publisher/cis

As per @matmaxgeds’ JSON snippet above, I think the wrong org identifier may have been used.

XM-OCHA-HPC3238 is the org identifier for “CARE International”.

XM-OCHA-HPC8568 is the org identifier for “CARE International Switzerland in Sudan”.
