Known issues for accessing Aidstream/Registry etc in Ethiopia?

Is anyone aware of issues with accessing the online IATI sites in Ethiopia, particularly AidStream and the Registry? An organisation (based outside of Addis) is getting 404 messages when they try to access AidStream. Aidstream is working ok at the moment and they don’t have internet connection issues otherwise so not sure what might be causing it. Any ideas? Anyone know of other Ethiopian organisations reporting the same?

Is there anybody out in ET that can access a VPN outside of ET, just to confirm this?
