ICPD markers are needed to track FFD of Framework of Actions. Discussed and approved in Dar TAG. Waiting on decimal upgrade to make Sector Vocabulary not embedded.
Sector Vocabulary in 2.02 is considered an embedded codelist 
Sector vocabulary should not be considered embedded.
UNFPA is asking for its ICPD sector vocabulary to be included in the standard as a non-embedded codelist (the 11th)
@AkermanMartin While not ideal, could you not publish this using some combination of existing attributes on the sector element? Maybe something like:
<sector vocabulary="99" vocabulary-uri="http://unfpa.org/icpd" code="1">
I still think the RO sector vocabularies are a bit of a mess, and it would be good to have a better solution than just 99 and 98. There were a couple of discussions around this previously here and here.
@markbrough Could work if it was just UNFPA publishing but will be really
important to have the link for other agencies to reference the codelist and
guidance on the IATI site. Will need to have its own vocab referenced…
Thanks @AkermanMartin and I understand that UNFPA will host the list of sector codes and descriptions etc on their website? Assuming this is the case please could you post the relevant URL to the codes once it is available as this will be required in order to add the list to the Sector Vocabulary codelist.
Also, will UNFPA be managing a public change process for this list?
