[Added] Updates to the SectorCategory codelist

Standard Management Non-Core Codelist Amendments

A pull request has been received from @andylolz to bring the SectorCategory codelist in line with that published by the OECD DAC.

A summary of changes is as follows:

Codes added:

  • 231 Energy generation, distribution and efficiency – general
  • 232 Energy generation, renewable sources
  • 233 Energy generation, non-renewable sources
  • 234 Hybrid energy electric power plants
  • 235 Nuclear energy electric power plants
  • 236 Heating, cooling and energy distribution

Codes withdrawn:

  • 230 ENERGY GENERATION AND SUPPLY
  • 920 SUPPORT TO NON- GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS (NGOs)
How could we achieve greater interoperability between IATI and the DAC?

The IATI tech team have reviewed and approved this pull request. We expect changes to be implemented by 9th June.
