The URL on the Humanitarian Scope Vocabulary for ‘2-1 Humanitarian Plan’ is currently show a 404 Page Not Found Error

OCHA have recently updated their web site and the required file is now available at http://ftsarchive.unocha.org/docs/IATICodelist_HS2-1.csv

The URL should therefore be updated to the new location of the file
